Honestly the democrats would not have a say- the president was already granted powers to invade Iraq and they can't stop him if he authorizes the use of flame throwers. BUUUUUT that will never happen--the weaponry in our armed forces is way beyond that type of technology. Our military has the capabilities to end this war TODAY, however due to the unpopularity of this war the immense collateral damage as a result is unacceptable in our society--which is as it should be.
