Unless the coins are in Mint State they are worth the dollar. Collecting the circulated ones has really not caught on. A complete set of mint state coins with the proofs, sell for around $225.00. I still can get them from my bank once in a while. You can hold them for a number of years and hope or spend them.

look at the close by coin shops on your area, yet be waiting to pay a value based at present marketplace value for silver, ought to envision that out till now you place some coin down for a silver coin, and the U. S. Mint do no longer mint 'organic' silver money at any time, they have another stuff in them to make they greater valuable able to be dealt with alot and used. organic silver could placed on all the way down to no longer something in a short quantity of time, so doubt you will detect a a hundred% silver Eisenhower silver greenback coin besides. Your superb guess is close by coin sellers tho, no longer on line.

Probably only face value unless the coins are in uncirculated condition. Uncirculated means that they show no wear from being used by people to buy things.

You can check the prices at pcgs.com.
