Anyone who has a free "preferred service" where you can pick up the car and go without waiting in line.

Alamo has by far the lowest rates AND THE BEST SERVICE.
We were in Florida (Twice) and requested a compact. After getting the car, the A/C wasn't working and they upgraded to a full size and apologized for the inconvenience.
Another time the car broke down within 2 days and they came picked up the car and brought us a brand new mustang convertible.
Awesome service.
