I'm not ordinarily an Avon user, but recently I tried the Avon Anew products and I am hooked now. I have dry skin as well as too much sun damage from growing up in Florida...these products are wonderful! See if you can get some samples to try first...that's what I did & I've been buying it every since then.

Try Sothys Soothing line with Immuniscience Fluid for hydration. It's really gentle and cooling on the skin. Don't forget to use a non abrasive exfoliant at least once a week- try Sothys Gommage. It makes the skin instantly smooth and glow.
Purchasing the full line, eg: Cleanser, lotion, serum. exfoliant and day cream will propbably set you back just over AU $200, but they do last for between 3-4 months and the results are worth it

well, honestly, when it come to either makeup or skincare, there isn't really one line that does it all. you usually have to find the best products from each line and use them. =) here's what i wrote for another girl who asked a similar question. i swear by all these products, and my face is absolutely glowing right now. i'm actually pretty shocked (i'm 28, and it hasn't looked this great since i was like 13, lol).

FACE
I've just found two fabulous moisturizers for life (the first has cleared up my 12 year struggle with acne, no joke)
Complex 15 lotion
Jojoba oil (it really does work; there are sooo many reviews for this stuff online by people who agree)

LIPS
i've just found my new absolute favorite balm:

this stuff is AMAZING. absolutely every ingredient in it is natural, except the SPF stuff... AND it feels phenomenal on your lips. soothing, smooth, minty, fresh, hydrating. and with SPF 25, what's not to love!
for night, i stick with Burt's Bees Original lip balm. no need for SPF while i'm asleep. =)

I hope you find some great face washes, but you might want some make-up too, so in that case M.A.C is great :] I love their products. I went there a couple weeks ago for my 13th birthday to get a makeover and she used a primer (which makes your face shine, in a good way, and glow) then over top of that she used a foundation. The pads that come with it are so high quality and feel really great.

It sounds like alot of makeup for your skin, but it looked perfect, and not cakey, like other lines I have bought. My face looked vibrant and refreshed and glowing.
Go to any Macy's department store or visit them online at http://www.maccosmetics.com

I am a Loreal girl all the way. Since you have dry skin you might want to apply moisturizer to your skin before applying make-up. I use the Loreal True Match blendable powder, Palladio Herbal Bronzer (that matches your tone) for my cheek bones and eyes (also apply a little bronze where the sun normally shines), and I also use Loreal Featherlash mascara to enhance the natural look for lashes or Loreal Double Extend mascara for longer and thicker lashes. There you go. It's not too much make-up and it gives you a natural look with a little bit of shine to lessen the dry skin appearance. I hope that helped you.

Use a line that says "dematologically tested" or at least one that focuses on skin and body, not makeup. For just normal body wash, I would say Aveeno or Dove. For the face, get a brand that focuses more on the skin instead of makeup. For example, Clinique has makeup, but it usually promotes its skin-care products more, like its cleansers and scrubs. Get the kinds that say "for dry skin" or "for extra dry skin." I guess that was obvious, though. I hope you find something good!

Bare Minerals is a great product. It is all natural and does not give you acne like som of the others do out there. I have used Bare Minerals for yrs and just love the way it goes on my face. I dont even have to reapply. I highly recommend thia product. The Mineral Veil is awesome. You can put this on your face whenever you need to. GREAT products!!!!!!!! Worth the money too........ Good Luck to you
