If you were going to form a company and expertise, time, and brainstorming in your spare time would get you a share in a company once put together would you try it or dismiss the idea completely. Now ask yourself what if the piece could be worth 2 million for your time. I myself give up time and receive nothing but satisfaction in return. Would you be willing to form a team to work on the side ( not giving up your day job ) and take a chance.

I am in, I think that there are more people that are willing to invest is the success of a company. The idea of income is great, the idea of income from the creation of a new entity is greater.

Sorry, but I have been there before with people that promised the pie in the sky and I have gotten ZERO in return. I have also had people say "invest" and lost several hundred thousand as well.

If you can GUARANTEE me $5 million in the bank in writing, then I am there. Otherwise, forget about it. I need to pay my rent.
