SBS Server 2003. People from different offices are remoting into server. They need to print from QuickBooks to their local printers. I need to prevent them from printing to the printers that are not located in their office. I have looked for a system policy that will do this, and haven't found it. Any ideas ?
Thanks.
BTW, is there a way to get rid of "Auto" printers brought from remote machines? I don't have control over settings to the remote machines.

It is not the problem with the local printers, which I can control, the problem is with printers other remote users bring onto server when they are logged in (depending of number of users connected at the time list can contain from 10 to 50 printers)

And to make it clearer, these "additional" printers are in fact session printers, they are created when users log in, and deleted when users log out.
