Equally.
They share the same Asiatic ancestry so you find the same tendency or lack of it in both groups. Relative to middle and northern Europeans they would be considered more hirsute.

Most women from the Indian sub-continent have a moustache and sideburns. Amongst Greek women a majority have some moustache growth but most lack the sideburns.

yes actual they are but the Indian and Pakistani women see more hair as a singe of fertility in there country not saying they all believe in that.

Don't know both seem quite hairy as a race but that could be because they are generally dark hairded so it shows up more than european women.
