You usually can't tell just by cravings and morning sickness. You could try the old wives tales. For example, depending on how high or low you are carrying could tell you if you are having a boy or a girl. You won't know for sure until you have an ultrasound done, and even then, they aren't 100%. My brother and his wife were told that they were for sure going to have a girl. But when the time came, out came a very handsome little boy. The only way you will know is when you are holding the baby in your arms.

I say boy, because that's what I feel I am having and I had slight nausea with no vomiting and have been craving sweets like crazy. You know though, there is no way to tell until you get your ultrasound at around 20 weeks. Have fun!
