I've always been curious about playing on a ouija board but I hear that it's evil, and you should play with one because bad things happen. Then others say it's stupid and it doesn't do anything... Well, what do you think? Is it really bad and cause bad things to happen, or is it just a bunch of hocus pocus?

I would really encourage you to think very seriously about not going down that path. I got involved with them in Jr. High (I'm 25 now) and it was really fun at first and then became something I almost felt like I was getting addicted to. We started to ask a lot more of "the board" and a whole lot of very scary/strange things happened when we would ask it to prove its reality (ie do things physical outside of the board). I think for non-believers it's just a game and maybe people move it. My experiences were with 1-2 close friends that I trusted. This stuff is very real and you just don't know what will happen. I would suggest finding something better to do with your time. I stopped playing after a few incidents that caused me a lot of pain/concern and it still had an impact for a couple of years after I stopped playing. Please be safe.

I don't really think I believe in Ouija boards, but from everything I have heard from priests off of those haunting shows on Discovery and the Travel Channel, and from psychics on television, and some stuff that I have read online (I enjoy learning about the occult, even though I am skeptical) I have heard that not only are they evil, but they can serve as portals through which spirits can enter. If you play with one, and bad things happen DO NOT BURN IT. That makes it worse. But I have one that I got as a gift and even though I am doubtful, I have never wanted to risk playing with it just in case.

For one, they're definitely not "hocus pocus". I've used one more than once. And I would do so again. Secondly, they're not "bad". A lot of people will tell you that only bad spirits can be contacted that way, but that's simply not true.

If you are going to use one, though, have at least one person with you who knows what they're doing. It can turn out bad if you don't.

They are bad. And playing with one and not believing can cause even worse things to happen. If you do contact a spirit, then it's a lower level spirit, a piece of crap spirit, a murderer, rapist, or whatever. They have nothing better to do, so, they are the ones that will come through. And they will try to trick you, say they are someone else, whatever. Also, I don't know if this is true or not, but, someone once told me that once you really do contact a spirit on your board, then that spirit is the only one you'll ever contact with that same board.

My advice: Don't mess with occult things you don't understand. Some experiences with Ouija boards are just fun, but others are nightmares. On the Discovery Channel they had a story about a man who messed with a Ouija board and ended up possessed. Maybe it's true, maybe not, but I wouldn't go there if I were you.

Ouiji boards ARE bad. And they actually arent stupid, and they really do something. I think it is bad. Its not hocus pocus, but more like a very scary expierience. Real spirits and ghosts talk to you!!

An Ouija board is like a telephone for spirits. you call and if someone is near...your call is answered. The board itself is not evil, but you should take cation whenever dealing with spirits.
some are nice and others are looking for a little to much fun....

when I was a kid I always wondered if they were real, if you come across one, I'd try it, and see what happened.. just make sure you have a few friends there with you.. just in case.. I've never had a chance to mess with one, or else I'd have done so already, because in a way, I think they are fake, but then I'm kinda afraid to find out if they are real..

This particularly relies upon. Do you have self belief in demons/spirits? They arent unavoidably undesirable because of the fact i be attentive to that in case you ask questions that are no longer making relaxing of the spirit then maximum possibly no longer. This usually relies upon in case you think of spirits are genuine. while you're in seek of paranormal spirits, ghosts, etc. this might nicely be efficient inspite of the certainty that i myself do no longer see the way it works. you in basic terms shop your palms nonetheless? I dont get it so... i think of they are basically toys. Dont concern too lots approximately it basically answer good questions that arent mean or something to spirits or ghosts and it shouldnt be undesirable. i think of they are genuine from maximum of thoughts I even have heard approximately ghosts ouija boards. do exactly no longer anger a spirit and it won't harm you. (this suggests do no longer ask "Are you particularly a spirit?" and "I guess you're no longer a spirit." etc.) I even have basically heard particularly creepy thoughts so thats why i've got self belief in them. Thats basically me. in case you think of that spirits are gonna hang-out then you definately i does no longer use it. in case you do no longer then use it. that is relaxing which includes your human beings at events or on Halloween.
