Search google under CHEAP BALLET FLATS STORES and it should pop up a lot of stuff. If you are looking for ballet flat shoes to wear like everyday serach stores with Mary Janes, they are really cheap and cute.

I love my Gap ballet flat shoes. They are adorable and absolutely the best. I have the denim ones. They are a little expensive ($39.50), but well worth the money. Here is a link:

try zappos.com or solestruck.com. i have gotten ballet flats from both sites. they don't charge any shipping fees and solestruck doesn't charge any sales tax.
the price depends on how much you want to spend. i spent around $40-$50 on mine.
