There is a relay box under the left side of the dash but it has 5 relays in it of different sizes. I can't find anything in the manual that designates one of those as the cigarette lighter relay. I need the relay number or a picture or something to identify it.

There is no relay for the cigar lighter. It is fused but does not require a relay.

Well, there are several things that you can do.
1) plug an accessory into your lighter and pull relays until the accessory turns off. Hopefully the lighter is connected to at least one of them
2) Purchase the Chiltons of Haynes for your Accord at your local auto parts store and use the diagrams and pictures included as a guide to find what you are looking for. You'll find the info to be valuablein other situations too.
