Good question. It took a bit of looking but here's what I came up with.
Total surface area of the earth - 361,800,000 sq km (water area) + 148,300,000 sq km (land area) = 510,100,000 sq km (source - Coble, Charles R; Murray, Elaine G; Rice, Dole R. Earth Science. Englewood Cliffs, NJ: Prentice-Hall, 1987: 102.) All numbers are based on these total area numbers (except when otherwise noted).
Area of North America - 24,490,000 km² (wikipedia) - about 5% of earth's total surface area, and 16.5% of total land area.
Area of South America - 17,840,000 km² (wikipedia) - 3.5% of total surface area, and 12% of total land area (my own calculation)
Area of Europe - 10,400,000 sq km (wikipedia) - 2% of total surface area, and 7% of total land area.
Area of Antarctica - 14,425,000 km² (wikipedia) - about 3% of total surface area, and 9.7% of total land area.
Area of Asia - 44,390,000 square kilometers (www.scienceclarified.com) - 8.6% of the Earth's total surface area, or 29.4% of its land area (wikipedia)
Area of Australia - 7,741,220 km² (wikipedia) - 1.5% of total surface area, and about 5% of total land area.
Area of Africa - 30,221,532 km² (wikipedia) - about 6% of total surface area, and 20% of total land area.
Hope this is what you need because it took a while.
