Is fairness between men and women, as well as minorities in the workplace/school, still as big an issue as it was back in the 60’s? How/why do you think so?

We don't need these programs anymore. Good institutions are fair. The ones that aren't should be exposed for their discrimination.

Affirmative action was NEVER good idea. The moment race became a deciding factor, pretty much all hopes of making the black race equal in society was thrown out the door.

The simple fact is that a single group of people were given advantage over another simply due to skin color was exactly what they were fighting against.
