If it's the convective type, I have to try and control my fast pace adrenaline, as I LOVE THOSE TYPE OF RAINS!.
(For those who don't know what convective is, just think of it like microbursts or thunderstorms, but not necesarily having thunder).

I put on my raincoat, pull up the hood and go walking in the rain. I especially like doing this if we are at the lake.

I have to work outside so I get done as fast as I can---and call it good--so I can go in and bake cookies or make a pot of chili beans and corn bread
