Where is the padlock when viewing a secure site in IE7?

In IE6 there was always a padlock at the bottom of the screen in your task bar when viewing a secure site--where is it located in IE7?

At the top, near the URL/address bar, on the right side.

Normally located next to ( or ) in the URL (Address bar)

look at the address bar on top
if it is secure
it starts with https
