We oversee and approve final budgets, authorize expenditures, provide financial forecasts and review internal audit data for measurables that indicate the health of the organization. We also provide the structure of those audits and impose limits on other management whenthey get carried away with grandiose plans. Usually it pays well, depends on the size of the company.
