If you're talking physically manifested symptoms then, no, not really, because as others have said the egg hasn't even implanted yet.

If you "feel pregnant" it could just be your mind playing tricks on you. If you're really hoping to be pregnant, or worried you are and don't want to be, you may be obsessing a little and seeing, feeling things that aren't really there, or are a normal manifestation of the menstruation cycle.

If you are talking about an intuitive feeling or sense in your mind that you are pregnant, then this is possible. I've heard women say this, such as my best friend; claims she knew she was pregnant the day she conceived. Sometimes women just get an intuitive sense for pregnancy or are so intuned to their bodies that they recognize different mild sensations.

Don't overthink it. Maybe you are, maybe not. A few weeks will go by before you know it and you can take a test. Best wishes.

Four days... NO. Not unless you have your dates wrong. I tested at 8 days with my second child and got a + but I was really just taking a chance. Implantation doesn't take place for up until a week or more. Most people can get a + HPT test around day 10 +/- a day or two. That's when the actual pregnancy hormones are in your system... and cause you to feel pregnant.

Now, do I think you can "know" you are pregnant... YES ! I "knew" almost at conception. LOL.

I do think it is possible. I suspected I was pregnant 7 days after conception. I got a positive test 3 days later. Of course, "feeling pregnant" is a somewhat relative term. I didn't so much feel it as I did recognize the symptoms I was having (implantation bleeding, etc.)

Probably not, the egg wouldn't even be implanted yet. That has to happen before the hormones that make you "feel pregnant" can even be produced. Implantation occurs 6-10 days after ovulation. So, it's not likely.

Yes. I knew the very moment I conceived my oldest child. I got so faint I thought I needed to go to the hospital. Luckily I recovered as me and my husband (then boyfriend) were sneaking a quickie in my mom's house. LOL. I've never felt that way again through other pregnancies but I know for a fact it happened this time.

No, the egg wouldn't have implanted yet causing your body to produce the hormones that cause pregnancy symptoms.
