Wear a realistic wig(they are expensive) or get your hair done in a nice style, not to over the top though, I'd think about shoulder length and part it on the side with longish bangs, don't part your hair in the middle, if you have a masculine chin it will make it look larger, as well as a haircut that stops right at the chin, it will make your face look really wide. And wear make-up, but also not totally over the top, soft pink lipgloss, and don't forget the mascara, it is a girls best friend. I know this is more than one thing but i hope it helps. Oh yeah, there is hormones too, don't know much about them though.

Wax and shape his eyebrows with a nice high arch. My nephew does it. It looks good and very feminine.
