okay... i have been getting emails, about twice a day from the same website, i have click on the "unsubscribe here" and put my email in about 4 or 5 times, i have also sent them an email asking them to remove me from their mailing lists yet i still get spam from them, is there anything i can do?

The reporting process is cumbersome and spammers change their IP addresses by going through proxy servers. Best thing to do is get a spam manager.

Hi. The "unsubscribe" link is the surest way for a spammer to know he's got a "Live one". Stop doing that!

Sorry. That wasn't helpful. You could try getting a new e-mail address, and try blocking them through the "Block addresses" button.
