Make a grid, 10 x 10, so 10 rows and 10 columns. the "across" row will be the home team's score, the "down" column will be the away visitor score.
offer squares for $1 for example, and sell every square, writing names or initials in each square.
AFTER you sell all the squares, then choose numbers out of a hat from 0 to 9.
list each number as it is chosen along the top of the first row above the squares. (the home team score)
repeat and list numbers along the left side of the grid. (visiting team score)
You can do a simple pool and the final score determines the winner of all the money in the pool.
So if the score is home 21, visitor 14, the top column with "1" above it and the across row with "4" above it intersects at the winning square. (use just the last digit in the score)
you can split the pot to do halftime or quarterly score payouts, too!

1) draw a box 10x10 any size
2) choose which teach will go on the left and which one goes on the bottom
3)determine how much money each person will get for winning 1st quarter, half time, 3rd quarter and the final score
ex- 1st 100
half 200
3rd 300
final 500
4) randomly place teh number 0-9 on the top and left side
5) Have people pay for their boxes and sign their names
6)at the end of each quarter determine who wins by using the last number of the score
score 14-7 (Say the colts are bottom and bear are left
you look on the bottom for the 4 and go up to the seven on the left
7)the person who has 4-7 wins that quarter so pay out

Make 100 boxes about 1inch by 1inch.
10 rows horizontal and 10 diagnal.
Sell each box for however much you want.
Assign a team the top of the sheet and on the left side of the sheet.
Randomly assign numbers 0 through 9 on the top of the sheet and on the left side of the sheet.
Determine how you want to payout, ususlly halftime score and Final score.
Sit back ad see who wins.
