Medium rare prime steak, boiled potatoes in a butter and parsley sauce, a helping of steamed veggies and a rich gravy. Serve with either chilled white wine, or a room temp. aired bottle of claret. For dessert, try fresh tiramasu with clotted cream and cruncy ladyfingers. Finish the meal with cozy snuggle on the sofa with a glass of wine and then escort him into the bedroom, and let him unwrap his Valentine's Day prezzie...i.e. You.
Remember to set the atmosphere, candles, dim lighting, some classical love songs (or something!)

That's I would do, only I would be with a woman!

set the mood by lighting small candles, nothing too exaggerated with soft music playing in the back ground. Make some cocktails like strawberries and champagne or chocolate martinis. Then instead of doing a full scale meal, make tapas food- like small finger foods. You can do a fondue also. So you could do chocolate covered strawberries, oysters or any other type of aphrodesiac-ish foods. You'll be driving eachother crazy while feeding eachother, you won't need anything else. Also a little black dress helps, alot!

I'm doing the same thing for my husband. Here is my meal plan:

Appetizer: Cheese Fondue with cubed chicken, bread and veggies for dipping.

Main Dish: Filet Mignon (Don't know about the sides yet)

Desert: His favorite peanut butter cookies, and of course me ;)

Just cook something you will both like. I like the idea of fondue because it takes time to eat, and it is like an activity we both take part in.

Any guy will appreciate a nice juicy steak.(I know I would.)

Have it with red wine. This may be a problem if you are not sure what your husband's taste in red wine is like. If you really don't hae a clue, stick to the Italian brands.
