I have a daughter soon to be 13, and she hasn't seen hide nor hare of her father since she was 6 months old. He has been over seas in Italy, and I think based out of Morgantown W.V. He told them that he didn't have any kids, but he signed a declaration of paternity when she was born. He also has her name tattood accross his back larger than life, so can I get back payed from the Army? He is active duty now, and in Afghanistan, he is married and has one step daughter. I looked at his myspace, and he bought matching 2006 Harleys for him and his wife. I messaged him, saying that must have set him back atleast 12 years in child support. No answer back. He has made absolutely no effort to contact me or my kid...(Wonder why)

P.S. This is why 17 year olds should not have babies. You think it will last for ever, and then you end up in situations like this.

my ex was in the military also. what you need to do is find out who his c/o is, and contact them. if you have paternity papers that he signed he will have to pay back support. if he does not they will take care of it. also, if you have ever been on state aid the state may be able to go after him. they could garnish his wages, and even his income tax return. you do have his social security number right?

The anwser is for particular you are able to and if he's telling you that he can take care of to pay for the youngster help he's mendacity. You pass to his commanding officer and record the ***** and that they (military will do something ) shop tabs on each little thing youspend on the youngster. This includes housing, foodstuff , clothing, shuttle and what not.

no the ARMY will not pay u as they are not the father of this child...you need to contact an attorney or the State Attorney General Office for the state in which u reside for assistance.

is he under a court order to pay child support?

if he is, call the office where it is out of and tell them that he is working and where. they will send a order to garnish to whoever is paying him.
