if you place a hematite with it in a box it can be recharged. You can also recharge by holding them in your hand.It is based on the energy from your hand to the energy in the crystal(hematite)to strengthen the energy of the magnet, you could also purchase a natural form of magnet.(in its original state)

RE:
Is it possible to re-magnatize magnets?
I have these two little magnets that are really cool. You squeeze them and they spin in the air. My question now is that I'm wondering if there is some way to improve or increase a magnet's magnetic force or pull. It would really help me if there were. Does anyone know if you can improve a...

the phenomenon is called demagnetization. this naturally occurs when a magnetic material is hammered enough or frequently that its molecules tend to be disrupted. I hope it would help if you try to connect it with a strong magnet. This will somehow inflict a residual magnetic charge. Every time your magnet looses its magnetic property, you do it over again.

Well, you see if you heat, bang or have the magnet sticked to a metal for a long time it will loose its magnetic power. Now, its just a piece of metal. If you stick or rub this metal piece to a magnet this metal will become a magnet. Or you can pass electricity through this metal to make it a magnet.

You can increase the strength of a magnet by turining it into an electromagnet. Wrapping a wire around it and connecting the ends of the wire to a battery. But, the energy will be used up too quickly. Go to this website; HowstuffWorks.com. Go to the Electronics and Electricity section.

Not sure, but you could take out the magnetic forces by heating up the magnet.
