So. It's not the NBA's buisness to kick people out of their league for being a punk. Kobe Bryant is a great player, one of the best ever and you have to respect him of that.

If you kicked out Kobe for being a punk, you'd have to kick out all the other punks in the league. Then, you'd have about 38 players left in the NBA, including Grant Hill, Eric Snow, and P.J. Brown--not the most exciting thing to watch.

Just because he's a punk is not a good enough reason to kick someone out of the NBA. I mean, Ron Artest went into the stands and smacked fans, and he was just kicked out for the remainder of the season.

kobe's shown that he's good for the game. his off court conduct isn't good for the game so his agent should work double-time on his behavior and lustfulness. there are bigger punks and thugs out there NOT good for the game, some of them aren't even on the court - they're in the expensive seats.

He didn't do anything to be kicked out of NBA
Besides, he's the best player ever, if he's kicked out, many people would stop watching nba, probably including me.

Man come on. I have seen him (try to) fight and it was no grounds to remove him. He is a cash cow and he can murder the pope and not get kicked out.
