hi i was wondering how do you tell wen a female cornsnake is gravid thanks?

i have followed all the instructions in breeding my corns,brumation,introducing the male etc.my female has been feeding again and is now in shed she looks bigger but that could jus be me.

How long ago did you breed you snakes? Females will ovulate and shed shortly after breeding, at times they will swell up some at this time. They will continue to eat for the next few weeks but then in most cases refuse food untill after laying their eggs. From ovulation to egg laying is roughly 60 days for a corn snake. If she is bred you will know for sure in the next 2 to 4 weeks.
