Although I think I like tigers a bit more. Lions are actually very lazy creatures. The lioness' are the ones who do most of the hunting. With a tiger, it's all for one and one for all.

Ligers are awesome! People are finally starting to learn about them. Ok...about your question...size. Think about the size of the animals. A lion is like 10 times the scale of a normal house cat. Whereas a tiger is fairly close in size. I mean...maybe through invetro, but I dont know about the genetics.
