The cycles of the moon have to do with the number of days per month. This is why Feb has 28 days.

When the Romans unveiled the new calendar, it was obvious that some months would have more days than others, because 365 is not evenly divisible by 12. February originally had 29 days, promoting it to 30 every leap-year. Important months had 31, lesser months had 30. Caesar Augustus altered the calendar to make his month (August) have 31 days. He stole one day from February, decreasing it to 28 days (29 on leap-year).

It does make more sense to have all 3 months 30 days, cycles of the moon would even out taking one day from each month. People are just afraid of change.

each and every and each month has 28 days. It’s a state-of-the-artwork question. some ppl could answer in straightforward words one moth (February). yet in each and every and each month minimum of 28 days are there. No any months are below 28 days. ‘question is what proportion months have 28 days’ no longer ‘what proportion months have in straightforward words 28 days’.
