It is a crazy little door about 6 inches high and 18 inches wide that opens with two twist knobs on the right interior panel of the cargo area. Behind this door is a small inset with two straps that are obviously used to hold something down inside this storage area. I cannot find this in the owner's manual and no one in my office knows what this is for......

HELP!

Maybe its for whatever you want to put there (ie spare bottle of oil, brake fluid whatever, beer...)
I have a Pathfinder that has one of those little storage cubbies, and it has a little cargo net in it. Nothing came in it.

If it really bugs you, ask at a dealer.

First aid kit. Not sure if it was a standard feature or an option.
