Here's the questions. This is in the form of a "chart" on my worksheet, and consists of writing equations in 3 forms:
1) Slope intercept
2)Point-slope
and 3) Standard for ( AX+BY=C ) First person to answer ALL questions gets a best answer in the 4 hour time slot, guaranteed.

1) [ 2x - 5y = 8 ] Find points on the line, along with the slope and y intercept. Write slope intercept form and point slope form based on the only given info, the standard form.

2) Points are (-3, 2), slope is 0. Find y intercept, and find the slope-intercept form, point slope form, and standard from, based on given info.

3) Points are (-4,-7), slope is undefined. Find exact info,( y intercept form, etc) JUST LIKE PROBLEM 2 ABOVE.

Please help, I PROMISE a best answer for the most accurate answer!^ ^

1. ... is in standard form already.
Slope-intercept form means "solve for y." (y=mx+b)

-5y=-2x + 8
y = (2/5) x - (8/5) or y=0.4x-1.6
y-intercept is (0,1.6)

points (0,1.6), (1,-1.2)
Point-slope form. y+1.2=0.4(x-1)

2. slope is zero means it's a horizontal line. y=b
y=2

Slope-intercept form is the same
y=2

Point-slope is barely different
y-2=0

3. Undefined slope means vertical line (x=a)
x=-4

Slope-intercept form does not exist, as there is no slope and there is no y-intercept.

Point slope: 0 = x+4

Two line are perpendicular if product of their slopes is - 1 Slope of y = (-1/4)x+(1/3) is -1/4 then perpendicular line must has slope 4 This line must passes to (-2, 5) then y-5 = 4(x+2) y =4x + 13
