need a favor, could you write in ALGEBRAIC NOTATION a very savy way to put a descent player in check.

There are many ways to put a person in check by throwing away all other advantages. i.e. you would eventually lose the game.
There are probably more ways to prevent this so a reasonably short algorithm could not be expressed here.
