I think there is a better chance of the internet crashing than the internet being shutdown. The internet is really now beon the contro of people and more and more people use it everyday. Me I would have to be put in a help phacility, I don't go anywhere without my laptop, with buit in wireless card. :-)

I assume this is a hypothetical question because barring a massive EMP detonation, it would be impossible to shut down the internet. I don't know what I would be doing, I guess I would be playing my XBOX 360 games that I keep meaning to get around to. Assuming of course, there are still standalone electronic devices in this question of yours. If not, I'm horrible at manual labor, I'm not much of a mechanic, I'm service oriented (except when it comes to computers and networking) so... frankly... I have no clue.
