the boiling point increases because there are more molecules in the solution so the kinetik energy grows and the boiling point increases

if you put salt the boiling poin increases more than if you put sugar bacause salt in water diverges ,is in the form of Na+ and Cl- which means that there are more multiplets in the solution than when sugar is which doesnt diverge

because they have higher boiling points than the water itself does, so the salt/sugar must undissolve before the water can boil.
