I don't believe that global warming is being downplayed, cause it's just the opposite!Global warming is being overdramatized and the blame for any temperature change is due to the SUN!My suggestion to you is to research the news,in the late 70's,about the global cooling and how we were heading for the next ICE AGE!!! What happened between now and then??It's totally silly to base a climate change,to the earth, based on what is happening in the last 30 yrs. when the earth is millions of years old!!!!

Funny that this non-news story came from a survey. The survey was sent to what, 5000 scientists? 19% answered. Of that 19% (under a thousand) less than half (so, 9% of surveyed) claim to have been harassed.

I don't know if you've ever taken a statistics course, but the sample size of respondents compared to surveyed to get even a remotely accurate response. I'm sure 9% of government "scientists" have some kind of axe to grind or agenda to put forth.

So, to be blunt, this claim is BS.

I know we add to global warming but the earth will do it anyways. Planet history shows this to be true. The government is in charge of what we do and do not change so they have to have a hand in what is going on.

your first problem was reading & believing something written on msnbc.. a joke of a news station.. haha.. I didn't read it and won't so I can't comment on the article.

My point is that.. yes the temperatures are minutely warmer than 100 years ago.. but.. no, there is no evidence that it is humans and not just the earths natural cycle that has happend again and again and again and again and........
