If by Batman's abilities you're including his intellect, I'd choose the Bat. Any dude can put on a suit and do what Superman does (see Steel, Booster Gold) and he's surrounded by copycats (Superboy, Supergirl, Powerboy, Powergirl, etc.), but there isn't another dude exactly like Batman. Plus, Superman doesn't have the patience to learn to do 1/10 of what Batman is capable of or he'd be doing it now.
As for what I'd do with it, I suppose I'd use my newfound intellect to create a powerful Fortune 500 company and then use my limitless resources for the betterment of mankind (cause money is the only superpower in the real world). That and probably hone my martial arts talent in underground fight club tournaments.

I want the powers of superman....he was born with those powers. Batman acquired his skills after his parents death. Suppose they didn't die...he would just be a rich boy with the brains of how to run a business. Superman is quite intelligent if you ask me. He might have ACTED like he didn't have any common sense when he worked for the Daily Planet, but he had all the sense in the world to hide his identity and strength. Superman could learn batman's tricks, but he doesn't really need it. Boy, if I had his powers...I would save alot of people if possible. Also, I would like to test the limits of my powers. For example, I would like to see if there is other life in outer space.
