For someone who has gotten their associate degree in accounting and has no work experience in the field, what are some job options that are in the finance arena?
Also, is it sufficient to just obtain a bachelors degree for this profession, or is a masters or CFA a must? All constructive feedback and tips are greatly appreciated.

Try getting a job in billing, AR or AP to start. While you are doing that job, go to school at night and get your Bachelor Degree.
The AR or AP might be a low paying job, but it will definitely give you some serious financial expertise and will look great on a resume.

You can definitely be a financial analyst without your CFA, however you will not be making the serious money until you get that license. Your best option might be to work in a similar field, such as accounting audting or financial consulting. You will get to play with numbers a lot, and can make a great living at it.
