I created a small animation that I want to put on my web site. But when I try to put it on my web site, I can't because it is an .swf file. I would like to put in in html but dont know how... HELP

Code it manually. Just upload the swf somewhere (imageshack, for instance, or your ftp server if you have one) and use the tag. Check out www.w3schools.com if you aren't sure how to use the tags.

A lot of sites don't support just simply importing flash clips. Usually to use a flash clip, the site needs to be made in flash MX You can't even do it on Microsoft FrontPage, try turning it into a animated gif and using it.
