No, not by a long shot. There's Bill Engvall, Kevin Nealon, Dennis Miller, Will Ferrell, Tom Pinette, Dana Carvey, Eddie Murphy, Richard Pryor...tons of others better than Tracy Morgan.

I like Will Ferrell ("Elf", "THe Anchorman" a former Satruday Night Live cast member). I also like Bill Engvall, Jeff Foxworthy, Larry the Cable Guy and Ron White (the Blue Collar Comedy Tour cast).
