Does anyone know what happened to 'Fat Lips' Monkey coat in Celeb Big Brother?

Did anything ever happen about that, was it a real monkey fur jacket, was he charged, was it all an misunderstanding.....? Pete Burns had to take to the Diary room and the police were looking into it but then I didnt hear anymore, any one fill me in that would be great! Cheers.

They returned it to him after having it tested - it wasn't Monkey after all.

it was a gorilla coat, all i know is the police took it??
