japan, Mexico but i would be a little scare being in other country with out an adult...or you can get emancipate and have the legal right as a adult

Not all cities are even granted authority by their states to enact such laws. In our great state of Texas, you must be a Home Rule Charter City to enact a curfew.

Never heard of a city curfew before. I mean the parents give one but the city?....Wow thats bad.
