Limewire is the best that I know of.

They pretty much all have spyware, if the site doesn't, the download might. A friend suggested I use PeerGuardian when using P2P sites. It's a free download. I haven't had any problem with it other than it slows downloads up a bit.

There is a chance that you could pick up spyware or adware on any free program
I was most surprised when I downloaded free antivirus or anti spyware and thats what it was just a big spy program

None, they all have some form of spyware... even the ones that claim they don't.

hahahaha install anything you want, LImewire, Emule, any torrent app, Azureus let's say. but also get adware se and spybot for those pesky bugs. crush em!!
