This is the great trick of the psychological profession. They make you talk about everything that you think and do and feel; they try to manipulate you into crying about it so you can get "catharsis" or "closure," without regard to whether you really need silliness like that. They are paid to trick you into curing yourself. You do all the work and they get paid. Some people, however, have to be tricked; they have some aversion to admitting their own problems and will only come clean if someone else shows that they know about them.

shrinks are a waste of money. Go to a retirement home, you can get a lot of good advice and people willing to listen for free.
