long storty short, after will was read 14 months ago, i'm still awaiting the kids money from the great gran. They gran was excuter to the will. Several things have been said," its all tied up " getting it soon ". We believe that she has spent the money or invested into a tied issuse.
Legally she has 12 months to pay up, and boy does she know this.
Legal letters now go unanswered, all the other children ( my brothers and sisters ) still have nothing.
Have gone down the long wait see what happens.
BUT is it a civil matter OR NOW BECOMES FRAUD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As a beneficiary, your kids have a right to see the will.
Did the executer use a solicitor?
I know that probate matters can drag on, one i know of took almost 3 years. It could be that someone else has contested the will or a property matter is causing glitches.
Either way, I`d contact the executer solicitor via your own and suggest a counter-suit to claim the money.
