there must be other planets out there with some kind of life on them maybe not humans maybe so i just don't see us being the only ones in the universe it is just way too big maybe someday we will find out for sure but until then we can only imagine

It's improbable that HUMANS live on another planet unless they developed space flight or unless they were taken away by aliens. If you want to read some books that will make you think about aliens, space and the "future" I recommend you go to your local library and find some Science Fiction books. Issac Asimov had some very interesting ideas on what humans would be like in a 1000 years or so. But remember, science fiction is just make believe unless someone PROVES it!

do you really think that all of us dumbass people that have nothing better to do than ask and answer stupid questions on yahoo would know about human life on other planets and scientists would not or are incapable of determining, but no life yahoos like us would know this through some unknown inate means?

No known planet, other than Earth, is known to have any sort of living beings, or to be able to support life.

Well based on the wording of your question the answer has to be no, because how could we know about it unless someone found out about it in the first palce to let s know about it.
