I mean look at all the things these horrible liberals have done to our great country. i do not see how anybody can support them. i mean, they gave women the right to vote, civil rights, desegregation, the end of slavery, a 40 hour work week, child labor stoppage, social security, even the AMERICAN REVOLUTION!!! if it wasnt for those america hating liberals, we would still be under british rule. what is wrong with them???

Republicans ended slavery, Jethro. Liberals opposed it.

Republicans voted for civil rights, demorats opposed it.

Conservatives came over here to practice Christianity, Lucifer, Liberals hate the Christians that founded this country.

Liberals suffer from Bush Derangement Syndrome.

Its real and it's incurable.

When stricken with this incurable disease, liberals minds warp into anti-American terrorist supporting mean spirited bigoted hunks of quivering flesh with an appetite to appear in front of a camera somewhere.

Liberals would gladly sacrifice millions of lives abroad and here at home in they derranged attempt to discredit President Bush.

Ok, yea most (atleast those with a working brain..) people know about how the liberals have destroyed many things this administration has tried to do...

but lets be honest, its definitely a stress reliever to complain about them. Not saying the things people say arent true about the liberals, because usually they are... But lets admit.. without them... at first we would have a more intelligent government... But too much intelligence makes you take it for granted... Intelligence can be a poison when digested the wrong way... and it can lead to dictatorship.

Republican or Democrat.. the hunger for power is a human trait... not a political philosophy...

We need morons (libs) to make up for us intelligent folks...
Plus, who would we have to rag on and relieve our stress on?!

And those are all good things. The question now turns to what have you done for me lately? I hate to say it, but not a whole heck of a lot. Don't get me wrong, I'm in favor of most of the stuff they have done in the past. But we live in a society where we want things done and we want them now. At least the general public. Our public officials however, on both sides, don't want to get anything done, because they are afraid if they do, we might discover how potentially useful they may be and actually hold them to some kind of standard. So my question again is this...What have you done for me lately?

you are a moron. Each of your examples was put into law under Republican controled governments, with the execption of SS(FDR) & Civil rights (LBJ). furthermore the American revolution was not started by Liberals, they were started by men who were convserative but had progessive ideas toward the government of the time. you would benefit from a history lesson and some much needed EDUCATION.

Liberals also want to ensure illegal immigration continues as usual, they also gave us the ACLU which is doing it's best to ruin national security, and provide protection for our enemies.
Sheila Khuel (spelling?) a California LibDem wants to remove any Mother or Father references from school textbooks so gays wont feel left out.
Liberals continue to champion entitlements, rather than self sufficiency, and the list goes on.
In other words, the Liberal ruination of our country is "in progress".

Your premise is incorrect. Applying the label "liberal" to all those movements is extremely naive and totally unsupported by the facts.

Arguably, religious leaders were also involved in each of those movements. So should we become a theocracy?

Again, it's hard to know where to begin, in answering such a jejune question.

Absolutely. Bast*rds. Bring back following laws blindly and dictatorial rule! Bring back the sheep and the King! I want my daily dose of vile, homosexual-bashing, fanatical, Fascist ignorance back.

We've done that already?

Oh, so we have.

How is that when the Republicans have had majority rule the last 7 years, and Congress for the last 12. Your Neocon spin isn't working here, but I do like the approach.

And, I for one, am tremendously thankful they did. I can't think of many things more UN appetizing than being under British (snicker snicker) rule!

Have a nice day :-)
