please I need help as I'm out of town and can't go to the doctor right now, I will when I go back home though.
First I started with the symptoms of a bladder infection and a doctor prescribed me antibiotics but I wasn't gettign any better so I went to another doc who runed some blood and urine tests (jan 9) and as they were normal, he told me to stop taking the antibiotics and gave me another medicine and the symptoms were gone.
Then i started with what felt like a vaginal infection and my gyno gave me some vaginal tablets which I used for 7 days, 3 days after finishing this treatment I was feeling fine except for a slight , yet persistant pain in my lower back which lasted for only a day, then I felt fine for like a week untill last night when I felt the urge to pee, and it kind of burned , it was like all of my urine was acid and was burning my bladder and uretra and there were white talc like particles on it. after that i've been peeing with no symptoms.

Sounds like you have stones in your bladder. It may be that you have a high uric acid content in your urine. That is what the "white talc" you are saying might actually be.
Try having another urinalysis, this time with the white substance that goes with it. In the meantime, I advise you to drink lots of fluids (especially water) to melt the stones.
