Okay, latley ive been getting these really strong tensions in my back right lobe of my brain. It feels as if somone is squeezing on that part of my brain as hard as they can. But it only lasts for 10-15 seconds.
The back of your brain is your vision and my vision has been getting worse over the past few years... [very slowley and gradually] Because right now, I cant see the words on the whiteboard at school if I sit farther then the 3rd row back. But I dont think that is connected because ive been getting these pains only for the past week or so. And they have gotten more frequent every day. Yesterday it happend 4 times. It might be stress too my mom said, but I dont think thats it because I never feel stressed out.. Im very good with stress management. So This brings up the question...

WHY AM I GETTING THESE PAINS? and Is it serious?

im 16,
106 lbs.
5 feet 5 inches
male...

ummmm Idk what else to say?

so yeah... any ideas? Please help

You need to see your doctor who is qualified, trained, and licensed to give you medical advice. People on this site are not!!

Good luck!!

ok i get them all the time and let me tell you this.
do you wear glasses, ok now you mentioned the white boared but you think it has nothing to do with that, i think it has something to do with that.i bet you sometimes feel it in the back of your teeth.
i used to get these pains like someone was pinching the nerve endings in my brain, and it would last for at least 25-40 minutes.
now my eye sight has never been that good to begin with, but alot of headaches and tensions do come from the eyes, when you try to focuse on something, and your straining your eyes to see clearer. that give you the tension headaches hun.
im only 19 and i constantly have tension headaches and trust me i get real ill from the pain, its worse then a migraine.
its your eyes, i know it is coz i have the same problem.
you need glasses or contact lenses, trust me hun i would not lie to you, that aint my style.
it has absolutly nothing to with stress, its not that, ask your doctor on how you can get your eyes checked out or go into a glasses store and get your eyes tested, ok hun.
i promise you, your headaches wont be as bad anymore, and you will be able to stop worring ok

good luck
and do what i said ok, you dont have to but i would advise you to, before ot gets worse.

O.k. Its nothing to be worried about! Your vision is on the side of your head with your other senses. The back is were you store most of memories so psychology says. You may be repressing memories don't be worried unless the pain gets worse. Your young and the chances of something major being wrong is very unlikely. eat carrots for vision

I've heard this happening to someone else before... go to the eye doctor and have them check your eyes. Almost always when someone's vision is declining, they strain to see the board, so this causes the headaches to occur. Definitly go to the eye doctor.

My first thought would be, do you wear glasses? if not, that strain could be eye strain on your optic nerve due to straining your eyes.
Other than that, you should see a doctor.
Have you ever been hit in the head or fallen? Maybe from sports?
