I think it's stupid that people are making such a big deal out of it. yeah, he said "fag." Obviously, it wasn't his most shining moment. But how many men in America would be in rehab right now if they all had to go for saying that word? Gimme a break. He should have apologized, which he did. And Knight needs to grow a thicker skin if he plans to be "out of the closet" in America.

Mel Gibson did attend rehab, and i agree with the posting above, it is only an excuse. What kind of rehab do you go to for being homophobic?? That's the stupidest thing i ever heard. It's just something he's going to do to try and save his job. I don't understnad why he hasn't been fired already, he sure deserves to be.

ABC is coming under fire for his actions and is starting to loose advertisers because no one wants to be associated with such a hot button issue.

So ABC's solution is to spin it and make this big annoucement that Issaih will attend rehab. It's the network's way to try and keep everyone happy and in good standings.
