I've had Winstar (it was great), I have Kepler and while it does a lot of things, I don't like the interface much and can never find what I need. I've heard great things about Solar Fire and would love to try it. My personal favorite is Astrodeluxe - it's the one I use personally and professionally. All 4 of these are capable of studying compatibility and much, much more.
Your best bet is to visit http://www.astrologysoftwareshop.com/ they have the most programs at the best prices and give indepth reviews. For Astrodeluxe - http://www.halloran.com/
Good luck and have fun! :-)

I started getting into Astrology when I was in the 6th grade. I bought one book and that quickly lead to a few. Mostly I get stuff off of the internet now. I have a pretty good knowledge of peoples personalities, but I'm not advanced. Maybe one day :)

There are free compatibility programs online.
Here's one.

cafeastrology.com has another one.

If you need something better that does rising signsand a whole bunch of other stuff, they say Kepler is the best all around, but they sink you for $$$ on the various report writers for it.
