hi, yes you will, first if you don't eat anything you will loose 2000cal, second you have an active day so you will loose another 500-1500 cal this differ because i don't know the time you spend on game playing and horse riding( but on horse riding you cannot loose a lot calories). and it is not healthy, because you must drink 2 liters of water a day, and eat some vegetables and fruits they don't have too much calorie and are very healthy, take care

I wouldn't recommend it. You will only probably get dehydrated and faint if you push your body to the limit. I would suggest you just have a balanced diet and of course keep excersicing, be it riding your horse or playing soccer. Just don't starve yourself. That is not healthy!!

Yes you would lose weight, but you would still need to burn quite a bit of calories to even notice. The only problem with a fasting diet is that your body thinks it's being starved and it slows down your metabolism, enough so that it becomes very hard to lose weight.

Of course you'll lose weight, even without any activities you would lose weight that day because your body needs a certain amount of calories everyday depending on your height and bone structure and your activities.. Calories give our body energy however, too many will give us fat which in turn will put on the pounds.
Simply explained, less calories, less fat, lose pounds!
