If it is uncontested (you both agree on everything) you can do it without attorney's. Your court house has the paperwork you would need and you just have to fill it all out. Seems like it was around 90 to 100 dollars. I think it takes about 90 days to become final. There is a fee for the paperwork and to file, but it is NOTHING compared to what attorneys would charge. AND, they'd end up convincing one of you to get nasty about it and turn it into a troublesome ordeal.

as long as you are both in agreement and its an ammicable seperation the quickest way would be apply to the courts for an annulment it will still take about 18mnths but is cheaper as you have already agreed on who gets what and theres no fighting involved the judge just has to say ok basically he dont have to judge what belongs to whom,(also if the weddings been consumated you cant apply for annulment so you both have to agree to say the same thing when that q comes up)

the quickest obviously is go to court with your wife and file an uncontested divorce.. Usually cost about 100 bucks......The cheapest way is to file for divorce and tell them you can't find your spouse, ask for a waiver of fees, then you have to post the order in a public place for 30 days (ask for a waiver of fees for that too, because they will want you to post it in the newspaper for 30 days) then after you do that , they will set a court date and grant your divorce.

It depends on your state. In Indiana it takes 60 days from the date of filing. If you have no children together, and if you have no assets to divide, you do not even have to hire a lawyer or appear in court. The only cost is for the filing fee.

If you do it yourself then all you pay are court cost, depends on your state. if there are children or property involve or the spouse is arguing about it, should get a lawyer, it takes i think 6 months if nothing goes wrong
